An Introduction

A little about me:

My name is Andrea Tamme, I’m a Canadian/Estonian illustrator who has been travelling, baking and adventuring ever since I got on my first plane to Europe over ten years ago.

It’s been on my mind to make a blog again! I used to have one, and I kept it very religiously so that my family could keep track of my travels around Europe and what exciting adventures me and everyone had gotten up to! I enjoy looking back on those blog entries. There are so many details that become fuzzy as the years go by, and it’s wonderful to have a reminder — a recap — in your own words and your own time.

I feel that it’s time to start that again. But like — an upgraded version! Can’t just be the same blogging style I had when I was in college!

So this is where I am now. This is this site. This space. It’s my space! And I’ll do what I like here. The idea is that I’m going to be keeping a neat little blog about my travels, baking, and thoughts — and some of these will be text based while others will be hosted as vlogs up on YouTube! Yes. I’m incorporating video in to my blogs now, mom. Aren’t you excited?

I know a lot of people follow me because of my art and painting — but I also know that some are really interested in the goings ons of my little life as well.
